Disclosures
This policy describes the general standards applied to Latent Reasoning research. A report’s edition-specific disclosure, sources, methodology, and limitations are part of that report and control if they are more specific.
Nature of the publication
Latent Reasoning publishes general and impersonal research for informational and educational use. It does not provide individualized investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice, assess suitability, execute transactions, or manage a reader’s portfolio. No report creates a fiduciary, advisory, agency, or client relationship.
Positions and trading
Each security-specific report includes a reviewed position disclosure using the publication’s supported status—long, short, neutral, or not applicable—and may provide additional instrument or timing details where material. Unless a report states otherwise, positions may change after publication without notice. Readers should not assume that a disclosed position remains current or that the author will trade consistently with a report.
Compensation and relationships
Security-specific editions disclose whether the author or publication received compensation from the subject or has a material business relationship relevant to the report. Any sponsorship, issuer payment, consulting relationship, or other material conflict must be stated in the report. Subscription revenue from readers does not make a report independent of every possible interest, so readers should evaluate the complete report-specific disclosure.
Sources, estimates, and uncertainty
Reports may use public filings, transcripts, licensed or proprietary data, interviews, estimates, models, and analytical judgment. Sources believed reliable may nevertheless be incomplete or wrong. Source cutoff dates, methodology, material assumptions, limitations, and uncertainty are preserved with the relevant edition and figure where applicable. Forward-looking statements, price targets, scenarios, and modeled outcomes are uncertain and are not guarantees.
Research artifacts and revisions
Interactive modules are editorial research objects, not standalone recommendations. Published reports pin immutable artifact versions, while static fallbacks preserve the figure’s interpretation, source, and methodology. Updated data or methodology requires a new artifact version and, when used in a published report, a new report revision.
Synthetic demonstrations
Product demonstrations are explicitly labeled synthetic. Synthetic statements, entities, coordinates, and results are not real quotations, claims about a company or person, or evidence supporting an investment conclusion.
Reader responsibility
Investing involves risk, including loss of principal. Readers are responsible for their own diligence, portfolio decisions, tax circumstances, and professional advice. A subscription provides access to publications; it does not promise a particular result, frequency of actionable ideas, or coverage of any issuer or market.
Questions and conflict reports
Questions about a report’s sources, methodology, positions, compensation, or relationships may be sent to author@latent-reasoning.com. Material omissions or inaccuracies are handled under the Corrections Policy.
